Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Northern CO is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality 1-on-1 in-home care to seniors in Colorado. You’ll support daily living activities and help clients maintain independence in familiar surroundings.

We offer flexible schedules, full-time and part-time options, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings with 401(k) matching. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate caregiver focused on seniors' independence and dignity.
• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
• Previous caregiving experience is welcomed but not required.

Compensation & Perks

• Starting Pay: $17.50 – $22.00 / hour
• Overtime & Holiday Pay: Time-and-a-half for holiday shifts

Job Requirements

• Passion: A genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity
• Age & Education: 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED
• Mobility: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Background: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check
• Experience: Previous caregiving experience (in-home or facility) is welcomed, but not required!
