Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Colorado Springs is seeking an Overnight Care Worker to support residents at Meade House. Responsibilities include supervision, daily routines, and documentation, with 24-hour coverage and 15-minute bed checks.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience, a valid CO driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. Benefits and a structured schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years of experience working with youth.
• OR thirty (30) semester hours of college credit and one (1) year of experience with youth.
• OR an Associate’s Degree.
• Ability to perform 15-minute bed checks and remain awake throughout overnight shifts.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and five years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass FBI, CBI, and TRAILS background checks.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, collaborate effectively as a team member, and communicate respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents in home and community settings, ensuring safety.
• Assist with daily routines, behavior management, and program completion.
• Manage client cases, including treatment plans, documentation, and resource coordination.
• Maintain professional communication with families, schools, and other stakeholders.
• Complete required documentation and handle emergencies per procedures.
• Support and mentor staff, perform administrative tasks, and attend trainings.
• Administer medications and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Promote trauma-informed care and address vicarious trauma through self‑care and supervision.
