Qualifications

• Must meet Oregon OARs requirements and hold QMHA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or combination of at least three years of relevant work/education/experience.
• Must have valid Oregon driver’s license with insurable driving record.

• Oversee youth safety during overnight hours and provide a calm, structured environment.
• Offer therapeutic support and guidance for stress management and self-regulation.
• Respond to crises with de-escalation techniques and follow non-violent intervention protocols.
