The role involves unloading deliveries, using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, and assisting customers when needed. This position is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or overnight hours depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, etc.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other tools as needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete other assigned tasks.
