The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse or order-picking experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work overnight shifts. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with a pay range up to $26.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year or more warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and stage customer orders according to daily schedules and work instructions.
• Verify product selection for correct quantities, quality, and SKU numbers.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
