Uline is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Management Trainee at its Wisconsin Distribution Center. You will learn warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotational program, with hands-on training across inbound, outbound and supporting teams. A forklift certification program is included.

Hours are Sunday to Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM. This role includes relocation assistance for qualified candidates and significant growth opportunities within a growing company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
