Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Management Trainee at our Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie. You will learn warehouse operations and leadership through hands-on rotations, with an 18-month program designed to develop skills across inbound, outbound, and support teams.

The role offers growth potential, a starting hourly pay of $32–$36 with a $4 shift differential and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
