Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of veterinary professionals. This overnight role (Wednesday–Saturday) emphasizes training, mentoring, and advanced clinical skills in a dynamic hospital environment.

The ideal candidate will excel at communication, time management, and organization, coordinating tech and assistant schedules while driving high-quality patient care and client service.

• Ability to train and mentor a team of veterinary professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs, and seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Work with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
