BluePearl Pet Hospital in Conshohocken, PA is hiring an extraordinary Overnight Veterinary Receptionist.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $18.90 - $29.00 / hour
Note: This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and advancement through our leveling system.

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, 6:00pm to 6:00am.

We offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends, based on a 4-hour minimum. Examples include:

• Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential

Role Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally upon entry, maintaining friendly eye contact.
• Always offer a friendly smile, strong eye contact, and an approachable demeanor.
• Listen compassionately to clients.
• Speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the telephone to ensure understanding.
• Assess clients and pets upon arrival to determine needs and urgency.
• Respond to non-patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member.
• Confirm appointments and provide clients with accurate preparation instructions.
• Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients discreetly and compassionately.
• Coordinate pet remains handling with clients and service agencies, ensuring a complete and respectful process.
