Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate for a night shift to deliver exceptional hospitality services, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting guests with luggage. You will greet guests, manage bell services, and provide directions and information about local amenities.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience. Training is provided, with a schedule from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Job Details Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
The hourly base pay range for this position is $17-$20.50 per hour plus cash tips daily.
Work Schedule: Standard shift time for this position is 11:00pm - 7:00am. The work schedule for this position will be clarified in further detail during in-person interviews.
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.
Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified on a frequent basis. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes. Travel Travel of up to 5% may be required.
