Position Summary

The Val et Attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles for customers while making an exceptional impression on every guest, engaging with our customers in a positive and friendly manner and giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide courteous and professional service. They may open doors for customers and assist them with getting in and out of their vehicles.

Parking customers’ vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring they are parked safely and securely.

When customers are ready to leave, a valet attendant retrieves their vehicles and returns them to the customers promptly.

Keep the parking area clean and tidy, ensuring no trash or debris is on the ground.

Please keep track of keys for all parked vehicles, ensuring they are returned to the correct customer when their vehicle is retrieved.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have and ensuring that their experience is positive.

Valet attendants must follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of customers’ vehicles.

Qualifications:

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and written

Requirements:

Pass an RMV background check

Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English

Operates vehicles safely to minimize the potential for accidents.
