Job summary

Green City Security is hiring an unarmed security officer for a multifamily site in Spring, TX. The role requires night shifts (10pm–6am), 40 hours per week, and a $15.00 hourly rate. A reliable vehicle and smartphone are required to perform patrols and monitoring at the property.

Responsibilities include access control, foot patrols, vehicle/pedestrian screening, securing premises, and reporting daily activities. DPS registration or Level II/III certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires good customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to write detailed security reports accurately.
• Strong surveillance and observation skills, tech-savvy with electronic reporting experience.
• Must be DPS-registered or hold Level II/III security certificates.
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control at gates and monitor vehicle/pedestrian entry.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to deter incidents and maintain order.
• Secure exits, doors and windows after operations.
• Assist people in need and provide information as required.
• Submit daily surveillance reports and incident logs.
