McDonald’s Oregon City is hiring crew members to join a fast-paced restaurant team. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay, and access to tuition assistance and free college opportunities are available through our partner school.

A free laptop is included to help you learn and grow. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, food preparation, and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No experience required; willingness to learn and strong customer service mindset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them in ordering their meals.
• Take accurate food orders and ensure a positive, friendly experience.
• Prepare McDonald’s World Famous food according to brand standards.
• Collaborate with crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant clean and welcoming at all times.
