Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds; may assist with 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve food and beverages to order safely, quickly, and to exact customer specs
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform as a cohesive unit
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized
