Walmart is seeking a Store Leader in Hardeeville, SC, to drive sales, lead and develop teams, and ensure exceptional customer service across store operations. The role emphasizes budgeting, training, inventory management, and a culture of belonging.

You will oversee staffing, coaching, and performance management while championing company initiatives to improve the customer experience and deliver results for the community.

Qualificações

• Minimum Qualifications... 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Manages store operations including budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to align with sales goals.
• Models exceptional customer service and resolves customer issues following the OBW service model.
• Drives store financial performance by monitoring PL statements and merchandising, ensuring shrink mitigation and sales growth.
• Coordinates staffing and development opportunities, creating a culture of belonging and promoting recruitment of qualified associates.
