Walmart is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex in Rich Township, IL. You will lead and develop teams, train associates, and drive store operations using data-driven insights to improve performance. Emphasis on customer service and community initiatives.

The role includes budgeting, merchandising, inventory control and coaching hourly staff to meet profit goals while upholding Walmart values. Live Better U benefits and employee discounts are available.

Competenze

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U (preferred).
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports and performance management is a plus.
