Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team in Louisiana, driving guest satisfaction and store performance. You will coach staff, manage food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while maintaining a cheerful, can-do attitude.

The role offers overnight, weekend hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM) with competitive pay and growth opportunities across leadership tracks. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members in real time and provide guidance during shifts.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, inventory, and cash handling procedures are followed.
