Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Firearms/eligibility requirements may apply for certain facilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and feedback to associates.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and drive a high quality customer experience.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates; promote belonging in the workplace.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
