You will work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead, participate in back-room housekeeping, and support leadership to complete assigned areas on time. This role emphasizes teamwork and dependable performance.

Qualifications

• Comfort with basic technology and learning new systems.
• Able to follow processes in an organized, efficient way.
• Remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team toward shared goals.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
