Job summary

Meijer seeks a moves-and-stock associate in Springfield, IL to keep shelves stocked, displays fresh, and products organized. You will interact with customers, share product knowledge, and help locate items while following safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced store setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate scanning and stocking, and a willingness to learn the store technology systems to improve efficiency and customer service.

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, with using the correct location codes provided on the box, put the stock in the correct location on the shelf and repeat this process until the assigned area is finished.

We are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization. This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location. $15.85 - $16.93
