Job summary

Meijer is hiring an Overnight Stocking Clerk to support our Grocery, General Merchandise and Produce departments at our store location. No experience is required, and training is provided. You will stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and help customers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Overnight Stocking Clerk

Join the Meijer Family as an Overnight Stocking Clerk at our Acme Meijer Store Location supporting our Grocery, General Merchandise and Produce Departments!

Overnight Stocking Clerks are responsible for stocking our shelves with merchandise in designated departments throughout the store.

No experience required, training provided.

Overnight Stocking Clerks will take merchandise from an L-Cart or Pallet and use location codes to stock shelves to assigned area during scheduled shift.

What You'll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

You'll:

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
