Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and maintain a tidy sales floor.

Day shifts involve stocking products, organizing displays, and guiding shoppers to items, while overnight shifts focus on preparing the store for the next day, handling deliveries, and resetting displays with minimal customer traffic. You will also move stock from backroom to floor, rotate inventory, keep aisles clear, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize displays to keep products accessible to customers.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and help locate items.
• Move stock from backroom to floor and rotate inventory.
• Prepare store for next day during overnight shifts and handle deliveries.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
