Meijer is hiring in-store team members to stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain attractive, organized displays in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes customer service, physical activity, and teamwork to ensure a smooth store operation.

Team members will learn store systems and procedures, assist with product knowledge, and help customers locate items while upholding safety and quality standards. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
