Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves stocked and stores ready for customers. Day shifts involve stocking, organizing, and helping customers locate items on the floor. Overnight shifts focus on deliveries, stocking, and resetting displays for the next day.

Additionally, you will move products from backroom to floor, rotate inventory, and maintain clean, organized work areas. The role requires physical tasks, safety awareness, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves on the floor during daytime shifts, assist customers and locate items.
• Prepare store for next day during overnight shifts, handle deliveries, restock, and reset displays.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory to keep aisles neat.
• Maintain organization behind the scenes and ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas.
• Follow company policies and stocking processes and adapt to varied shifts.
• Operate equipment safely and monitor stock levels in backroom.
