• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by greeting customers and providing courteous service.
• Maintain a safe, clean sales floor and keep egress to emergency exits clear.
• Assist customers with merchandise and answer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Represent the Ross brand and follow company policies, including MOS and checkout procedures.
