Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a proactive stock/merchandise associate to join our general merchandise/food team. You will stock, rotate, label, and store items, keeping the club neat and ensuring accurate signage and availability for members.

Join us to support our Gold standards, deliver fast, friendly service, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment. Prior grocery/stock experience is preferred; 18+ age requirement applies, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Label items clearly and ensure full stocking.
• Maintain a neat, clean club environment.
• Support policy adherence and compliance.
• Deliver service excellence at all points of contact.
• Resolve member concerns and deescalate when needed.
• Adhere to GOLD standards: greet, anticipate, appreciate; FFFC.
• Carry out duties in other departments as assigned.
