Job summary

Tidewaters Neurologists and Sleep Disorder Specialists in Portsmouth, VA, is hiring a Licensed Sleep Technologist for overnight shifts across Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth and Hampton area.

You will perform overnight polysomnography tests, monitor sleep patterns, analyze results and generate reports while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to support effective treatment plans and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Virginia state license in Polysomnography or Respiratory Therapy.
• CPGST, RPSGT, RST, or RT certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Open to students in licensing process.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnography tests.
• Monitor patients' sleep patterns and identify irregularities.
• Analyze sleep study results and generate reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
• Provide exceptional patient care and address questions or concerns.
