Mass Park Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Driver for overnight, part-time shifts in Rochester, NY. CDL or non-CDL applicants are welcome, with CDL holders earning a higher starting rate. Work hours are 10:30pm–5:30am, with flexibility for 2, 3, or 5 nights per week; positions may lead to full-time hours.

Non-CDL drivers start at $21/hour; CDL drivers start at $25/hour. We issue weekly payroll and support employees transporting college students in a safe ride program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• DOT Medical card required (we pay for qualified applicants to obtain it).
• CDL not required but if you have one you are paid extra and encouraged to apply.
• Part-time with overnights 10:30pm–5:30am (2, 3 or 5 nights per week).
• Background checks and driving tests will be conducted.

Responsabilités

• Greet patrons politely and assist as needed.
• Safely shuttle customers to various destinations.
• Open and close doors for patrons.
• Adhere to traffic laws/signs for safe operation.
• Communicate with customers and staff, including radio contact with management.
• Complete required pre-trip inspections to meet safety requirements.
• Record passenger counts and trip times; complete daily paperwork.
• Assist in equipment setup and breakdown (signs, cones, etc.).
• Sweep shuttles and maintain cleanliness; report mechanical issues to management.
