Job summary

The Parking Spot is hiring an Overnight Shuttle Driver to safely shuttle customers between parking locations and airport terminals. This full-time overnight position offers an hourly pay rate with a nightly premium and eligibility for employee-ownership benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Maintains satisfactory driving record per company guidelines.
• Holds applicable licenses or badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willing to pass a physical per airport/DOT/state regulations.
• Read/speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and complete reports.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between the parking facility and airport terminal.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers and assist with luggage with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Provide pleasant customer service and demonstrate knowledge of the facility and terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to deliver great service.
• May cross-train for other frontline roles as directed by management.
• Comply with all regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
