Job summary

McDonald’s franchise is seeking Grill or Service Team Members in Topeka, Kansas. Weekend availability is desired and there will be opportunities to learn, grow and succeed every day in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll connect with customers, prepare foods and work with the team to meet daily goals while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant. Part-time or full-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders to ensure a positive experience.
