Qualifications

• 3 years of prior supervisory experience is required.
• Full time schedule; Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 6:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
