The Taco Bell franchise in Riverview, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to coach a small restaurant team and deliver warm, efficient service to guests.

This overnight role (11pm–5am) offers full-time or part-time options, with starting pay of $19–$21 per hour and a range of benefits. You’ll lead, inspire, and grow your team in a fast-paced, recognition-driven culture with food perks and development opportunities. Franchisees are independent business owners who set wage/benefit programs that can vary.
