Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider at Ivy Living communities in California to provide personal assistance and daily care, enhancing residents' independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include ADLs, safety, and teamwork within a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report any observed or suspected change in condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
