Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking an Overnight Security Scheduler/Field Supervisor to manage night-shift rosters in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties. The role requires real-time scheduling, dispatch support, and strict adherence to client post orders and regulations.

Responsibilities include monitoring guard welfare, coordinating mobile patrols, and generating shift reports for operations managers. This full-time on-site position offers PTO, holidays, and medical/dental insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of security officer experience.
• Valid security license if required by state; driver's license as applicable.
• Must read/write/speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Shift Scheduling & roster management with real-time coverage.
• Guard check-in, welfare monitoring, and incident discipline as needed.
• On-call dispatch support for site emergencies and urgent coverage.
• Administrative shift reporting and payroll timekeeping processes.
