Allied Universal is hiring an Overnight Security Officer for a part-time shift in Peoria, IL. You will patrol a manufacturing and industrial location, maintain a visible presence, and support emergency response when needed.

Responsibilities include access control, incident reporting, and customer service to employees and visitors. The role requires 1+ year security experience, high school diploma, and background/drug screening per policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and support emergency response as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, property concerns, and hazards; document and report observations.
• Assist with access control, visitor and contractor verification, and incident reporting.
