Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following site procedures and safety rules.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, documenting concerns and notifying contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, shipping/receiving zones, parking lots, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and help manage traffic for deliveries and guests.
• Observe restricted areas and report maintenance, hazards, or operational concerns to appropriate personnel.
