Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in Springdale, PA is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and detect threats across on-site facilities. You will document incidents, write detailed reports, and respond quickly to potential threats to protect people and property.

The role offers a set Thursday-Sunday night schedule (10:00pm–6:00am), a competitive $16.50 hourly wage, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO and paid

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity

• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies

As a Security Officer - Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Qualifications Of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state license if required
