Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to protect client sites, monitor premises and deliver excellent customer service. Must be able to perform patrols and operate basic technology tools; third-shift hours are included and training is provided.

No prior experience is required, and candidates with CPR/First Aid/ AED or BLS certification are preferred. The role may require passing a drug screen and background check and meeting licensing requirements where

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring the premises and enforcing regulations and directives.

Wage: $22.00/ hour

Not bus accessible. CPR, First Aid/AED, and BLS preferred; training will be provided if not currently certified. Schedules include third-shift hours.
