Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard for overnight shifts. The role involves serving and safeguarding clients across multiple sectors, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government.

You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, and enforce site-specific policies to maintain safety. Minimum requirements include being 18 or older (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws; valid driver’s license for driving positions if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following safety procedures and site policies; respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; adapt to client site conditions.
• Address safety and security concerns and work to prevent incidents and minimize risks.
