Experience Senior Living LLC in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an overnight Security Guard to protect residents, staff, and visitors at our senior living community. The role emphasizes safety, discreet assistance, and professional conduct during nighttime hours.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, greeting visitors, logging deliveries, conducting safety checks, operating security and alarm systems, and assisting with emergencies while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification is required or must be obtained upon hire.
• Previous security, concierge, or customer service experience is preferred in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary for operating security systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Greet and screen visitors after hours for authorization.
• Receive, log, and store deliveries; notify residents or staff as needed.
• Conduct routine safety inspections of doors, locks, and alarms.
• Maintain a reception presence and assist residents and staff.
• Document security incidents and daily activities in written reports.
• Operate security systems including access control, video surveillance, and fire alarm panels.
• Assist with emergencies and evacuations, remaining calm under pressure.
