Job summary

Downtown Sarasota Condominium is seeking a Night Staff/Front Desk associate to cover the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role involves answering phones, supervising access, inspecting perimeters, delivering newspapers, and supporting management during emergencies.

The position is onsite in Florida, USA, with hourly compensation expected. Training is provided per the Night Staff Manual and current shift requirements.

Qualifications

• Night shift role requiring overnight availability.
• Ability to follow a training manual and perform basic building security tasks.
• Experience in front desk or security roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones & intercom.
• Daily review log book, red book, out of residence sheets and overnight guest sheets.
• Submit shift activity report to office daily.
• Monitor and patrol parking garage and property perimeter.
• Secure gates and trash room.
• Perform door checks.
• Provide wake-up calls.
• Deliver newspapers.
• Conduct lighting surveys.
• Follow Night Staff Training Manual.
• Assist management during hurricanes and other emergencies.

• 4. Monitor and physically patrol parking garage and property perimeter
• 5. Secure gates and trash room
• 6. Perform door checks
• 7. Provide wake-up calls
• 8. Deliver newspapers
• 9. Perform lighting survey
• 10. Follow Night Staff Training Manual
• 11. Assist Management during hurricanes and other emergency situations, including illness and vacations
