Addiction Recovery Care is seeking Overnight Security Staff for Bellefonte Psychiatric Hospital & Detox Unit. You will patrol, monitor cameras, control access after hours, and coordinate with local authorities during incidents.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills. Prior security or mental health experience is a plus; full-time benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Patrol and monitor an assigned area; report suspicious activities to local authorities
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property, and monitor crowds
  • Provide constant monitoring of vehicular and pedestrian traffic throughout the campus
  • Contact law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency
  • After business hours, check doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure
  • Investigate reports of suspicious activity on the property
  • Reasonably detain persons suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives
  • Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises
  • Maintain a written log of all security-related incidents and their dispositions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

We are hiring Overnight Security Staff for our growing team at Bellefonte Psychiatric Hospital & Detox Unit. Security staff are vital members of the corporate office component of the system of care and are responsible for creating a safe and healthy environment for the people served, clients, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and monitor an assigned area; report suspicious activities to local authorities
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property, and monitor crowds
  • Provide constant monitoring of vehicular and pedestrian traffic throughout the campus

Key Experience and Education Needed
