Cadia Healthcare in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to join our team on weekdays, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overall clinical care of residents and coordinating care across the facility.

Responsibilities include staffing oversight, rounds, and communication of resident concerns to leadership. Prior supervisory experience in long-term care and an active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare facilities.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting as necessary.
• Review staffing for the assigned shift and ensure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA; adjust as required.
• Make rounds at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Replace any call-offs and communicate events to DON/ADON; assist in corrective actions.
