Alpine Healthcare Center in New Hampshire is seeking an RN or LPN for an overnight shift (7PM–7:30AM). The role includes direct nursing care, medication administration, care planning, and supervising nursing staff within licensure scope.

We offer a sign-on bonus: LPN $6,000 and RN $8,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff. Prior long-term care experience is preferred and vaccination/CPR certifications are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program appropriate to licensure.
• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize resident-care needs.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care within your licensure and scope of practice.
• Monitor and assess resident status and communicate significant changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform treatments, wound care, and other permitted nursing procedures.
• Carry out and document physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning.
• Direct or supervise assigned nursing personnel as appropriate to licensure.
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support infection control, quality improvement, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote teamwork, communication, resident dignity, and quality care.
