Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. (Safeway) is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves stocked and the store ready for customers. You’ll stock products on the floor, organize displays, and assist customers in locating items during daytime hours.

Overnight shifts focus on deliveries, stocking, and resetting displays while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You will move products from backroom to sales floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clear in a busy store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep shelves organized on the sales floor.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and help locate items.
• Overnight shifts focus on deliveries, stocking, and resetting displays for the next day.
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clean and easy to shop; maintain backroom organization.
• Follow safety procedures and stocking processes.
