SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an Overnight Merchandiser Team Lead to optimize in-store displays in Lake Oswego, OR. You will lead merchandising efforts, train teammates, and support scheduling and onboarding while ensuring accurate inventory and reporting.

You don't need prior experience, as training is provided; growth opportunities are available and additional hours may be possible. A customer-focused, safety-first approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
