Englefield, Inc. is seeking friendly cashiers for the Duchess Team to deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting in Tuttle, Ohio. You will handle transactions, greet customers, and maintain a clean store while assisting with inventory and promotions.

Successful candidates are reliable, able to work FT or PT overnight, and comfortable using modern technology and POS systems. We value teamwork, growth, and a commitment to service, with opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset—you love helping people.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with technology—we use modern tools to make work easier.
• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
