Jacksons Food Stores in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Overnight Cashier to deliver friendly, accurate checkout service during late-night hours. You will greet customers, process transactions, apply discounts, and help keep the store clean and welcoming.

This full-time role includes a shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and benefits. A focus on reliability, flexibility, and teamwork is essential to succeed in a 24/7 store environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply discounts and promotions as applicable while following all company policies and laws related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
• Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
• Assist with additional store duties as needed.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 an hour with $1.00 shift differential.

Overnight Shift Differential:

To be eligible, you must work at least 4 hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Shift:

10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
• Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
