Job summary

BellStores is seeking an Entry-level Customer Service Representative for Canal Fulton, OH. The role involves providing fast, friendly service, handling transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position is on-site with a third shift (10pm–6am) schedule.

The job requires overnight availability and basic retail experience. You will work as part of the BellStores team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• Overnight availability required
• Experience in a retail setting preferred
• Ability to perform cash handling and basic point-of-sale duties

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, fast, efficient, and friendly service.
• Handle money and complete transactions.
• Stock merchandise on sales floor and in coolers.
• Work with other store employees as a member of the BellStores Team.
• Maintain clean facilities and work environment
• Other duties as assigned by Store Management
• Standing 90 %
• Lifting up to 40# - for stocking shelves, coolers, back room - daily
• Reaching daily (above head cigarette racks, storage shelves, etc.)
• Bending daily (down and side to side)
• Pushing brooms, mops, dolly on wheels daily
• Pulling cart daily
