Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to handle orders, prep, and service with enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to quality, speed, and guest satisfaction while following Sonic standards and safety procedures.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to learn multiple stations and grow within the restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible in all situations based on restaurant business need.
• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills.
• Willingness to abide by uniform and hygiene standards.
• General knowledge of food service or retail operations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and making accurate change quickly.
• Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm.
• Packaging all menu items and checking quality and consistency.
• Preparing drinks and ice cream treats.
• Preparing food orders, grilling, frying and drive-thru duties as needed.
• Cleaning the restaurant area and maintaining sanitization throughout the shift.
